Plant Controller, Materiały budowlane, NAJ International

For an international production company (products used in the building industry), we are looking for an experienced Plant Controller - dynamic leader to join the management team of the facility, who will deliver value to the plant by energizing action plans to improve financial results, and will be responsible for maintaining a control environment consistent with the company's internal control policy.

Plant Controller

Responsibilities:

Preparing reports comparing the implementation of PFC costs with the cost budget.
Analyzing incurred costs with managers, verifying discrepancies in this area.
Optimizing the reporting system.
Providing daily assistance to department managers regarding incurred/accounted costs, participating in the process of PFC cost budgeting, collaborating in the monthly data forecasting process.
Ensuring data quality and consistency control.
Coordinating the investment process from preparing applications to their initiation until the process is completed in SAP.
Preparing reports on the implementation of investments according to the budget.
Settling production costs.
Supervising the process of valuing raw material, materials, and finished goods inventories.
Supervising the process of preparing and consolidating monthly cost provisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline required.
English (advanced written and verbal communication, incl. presentation skills).
Proficiency in Excel (incl Analysis for Office and BPC), SAP
5+ years’ experience in a management position.
Strong financial acumen, knowledge of corporate finance and manufacturing costing principles
Experience leading operations planning, savings, forecasting and investment analysis
Great communication skills and ability to motivate and challenged the others.
