Brand Store Manager (Luxury World Famous Brand)


Responsibilities:
  • Planning the development of sales in your boutique and controlling expenses.
  • Tracking shop performance (sales, stock levels, loss ratio), preparing reports and participating in the definition and implementation of action plans in close cooperation with the Retail Director.
  • Managing a store team – training staff, providing ongoing feedback, delegating tasks, creating a sense of team spirit, learning of extensive knowledge of company culture and products, conducting direct reports reviews and annual evaluations.
  • Ensuring a very high standard of customer service within the store and motivating team members to provide an excellent service to each individual, acting as role model for sale.
  • Driving sales performance and monitor floor operations.
  • With the support of the Merchandising Direction, implementing a proper buying strategy, based on the specificity of your boutique (demand, inventory and sales objectives) by identifying client needs and adjusting buys accordingly.
  • Buying the new collections (4 times a year in Paris and /or remotely).
  • Monitoring stock on a regular basis (reorders and transfers) in cooperation with the Retail Merchandising Director.
  • Coordinating the roll-out of central projects / tools in the store (e.g. digital projects notably).
  • Attending to local events within and outside the store.

Requirements:
In order to discharge entrusted tasks a candidate should:
  • Several years of experience preferably in retail as a Regional Store Manager, Store Manager, Deputy Store Manager.
  • Hands on person with strong experience in an international retail company with luxury or premium brands.
  • Strong experience in VIP customer service and team management.
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English, French is an additional asset.
