We are looking for them a well-organized, driven and engaging professional for the position:
Digital Marketing Manager
Working within Marketing Department, the Digital Marketing Manager will create and implement the social media strategy for our client’s company. 
  • Lead and manage digital media planning in a rapidly changing environment
  • Effective project management of the campaigns from start to finish
  • Monitor digital performance and KPI’s to ensure we continually optimize to achieve and exceed targets
  • Manage the digital media budgets, purchase orders and media pricing in comparison to the market
  • Manage day-to-day media agency
  • Develop and coordinate digital media strategies for all categories
  • Adapt global campaign assets while ensuring the communication is relevant to consumers and helps to achieve locally specific business objectives and increases direct sales in company
  • Lead the local adaptation of social, programmatic video & display assets, ad-copy, creative calendars and other media assets
  • Collaborate closely with media and Group team to proactively drive new technology opportunities in digital media planning
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry best practices and changes in analytics platforms and identify how they impact existing programs
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager, Sales team and E-commerce manager to understand the efficiency of digital campaigns and the impact on Direct and Retail Sales
  • University degree;
  • With minimum of 3-4 year’s digital marketing experience in international environment
  • Effective and concise communicator, both written and verbal in Polish and English
  • Ability to drive project from concept through implementation, to analyse results and provide strong rationale recommendations
  • Experience in managing social media and online brand activities required (in-house or digital agency – both are preferable)
  • Ability to think strategically with confidence and speed in execution
  • Manages time exceptionally well, plans and executes multiple projects, and balances priorities
  • An advanced understanding of all social media platforms and trends
  • Passionate about online and the opportunities it brings to drive traffic and sales
  • Strong communication and presentations skills.
