Opis

Our Client is one of an international company with branches located in over 20 countries. Currently this company provides high quality beverage dispensers for the Global HoReCa  industry. For the organization we are looking for a person who will meet the following expectation:

HoReCa Sales Manager/ Country Manager Poland
(Start-up)


Main duties:
  • Manage small team of employees with hiring, development and performance management;
  • Develop plans for company growth and improvement of sales;
  • Meet revenue plans, costs budgets, ensure profitability;
  • In cooperation with Global Marketing develop strategies and implement them to promote company products and services;
  • Collaborate with others cross countries/departments within the Group;
  • Develop goals and policies and establish standard operating procedures that are in alignment with Company mission and vision and legal requirements;
  • Develop and maintain clients and partners relationship;
  • Act as the Company representative in the country.

 
Candidate Profile:
  • Have ca 15 years of experience from HoReCa, hospitality business
  • The industry of drinks (coffee, bear) are preferred.
  • The candidate should be very much sales-oriented person
  • A person that would take a challenge of setting the successful business from the scratching point (entrepreneurship mind set)

  • As a personality, candidate should be an extravertive profile, flexible and able to adapt to different situations.
  • People management skills with ability to recruit staff, monitor performance and ensure development (experience in managing sales and customer support teams)
  • Ability to set short-term and long-term goals;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills;
  • Analytical and planning skills;
  • Strong business understanding and customer focus;
  • Bringing new ideas and initiatives;
  • Fluent in English.
