Currently, for one of our clients - a dynamically developing, international company delivering high-quality products and operating in the FMCG food industry - we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of:

Marketing Manager CEE

The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for data analysis, creating innovative marketing campaigns and a willingness to work in a fast-growing, international company. If you are a person who "lives the brand" and always puts the customer first, join our client's team to jointly achieve ambitious sales targets in the CEE region (85% of duties are responsibility for the Polish market).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Creation and Implementation: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies, focusing on reaching consumers through various channels (ATL, BTL, trade marketing, etc.) to maximize product reach.
  • Consumer Experience: Design and implement initiatives that increase engagement and loyalty, building positive brand experiences.
  • Marketing Communication: Direct all aspects of marketing communication, including advertising campaigns, promotions, social media activities, and PR to enhance brand visibility and marketing effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Deeply analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor actions to identify unique market opportunities.
  • Brand Management and Development: Build a strong brand position, focusing more on values and engagement than direct sales results.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking: Implement innovative and efficient marketing solutions to attract and interest various consumer groups.
  • Independent Collaboration: Work directly with marketing agencies and distributors to increase visibility and product sales.
  • Professional Development: Opportunity for professional growth and taking on greater marketing responsibilities in the CEE region as the business develops.
  • Collaboration with BU Europe: Actively participate in shaping the development strategy and directions for the region and distribution partners.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Management, etc.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written + negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of all contemporary qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies and tools/databases (e.g., Nielsen/IRI, U&A, Equity trackers).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze market data and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Polish and English.
  • Commitment to brand values and the ability to "live the brand."
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and collaborate with external partners and agencies.
  • Customer-centric thinking, orientation towards the customer, and a methodological approach to marketing sciences and behavioral studies.
  • Competence in business planning and P&L management.
