Plant Manager, Produkcja, NAJ International

For an international production company (products used in the building industry), we are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to transfer the owner’s know-how to the polish organisation.

Plant Manager

The person we are looking for will be responsible for the following:

Management of a medium-sized plant (approx. 100 people)
Optimization of production capacity
Ensuring consistent high-quality and company-defined specifications
Complete responsibility for risk management - this includes safety and financial topics
Budget management
Managing local engineering and manufacturing projects
Intensive development of the plant related to the transfer of technology in cooperation with the research and development department and engineering teams
Responsibility for the team and new products development
Close cooperation with Head Quarter

Requirements:

Graduated engineer (electro-mechanical with strong automation knowledge or chemical)
10 years of industrial experience in work
Fluent English and Polish are a must
Strongly security-oriented
Knowledge of starting new production lines
Understanding of technical quality
Openness to technological and technical innovations
Resistant to stress
