Opis

Our client is a mature start-up and leading provider of AI-based Robotic Document Processing solutions for enterprises, especially financial institutions and insurance companies. The company is engineered by a world-class R&D team of PhDs and AI scientists with offices in New York City, London and Warsaw. We are looking for:


Product Manager of Robotic Document Processing Solutions (AI/RPA)


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and product development within a start-up or recognised organization focusing on B2B software products or services
  • Background in artificial intelligence, or data science is a big plus
  • Experience in product management for complex software systems, data analytics or AI product
  • Strong customer feeling and user experience
  • Ability to create and develop product vision’ based on market dynamics and understanding of market forces to shape the product roadmap and keeping it ahead of competition curve
  • Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI solutions where it will most benefit clients
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of product management concepts such as agile, scrum, lean, MVP, user story, backlog, etc.
  • Experience in planning and launching new products
  • Ability to work well with engineers, designers and AI scientists
  • An analytical work style and excellent organizational skills
  • Very good interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment in an entrepreneurial work style
  • Passion for artificial intelligence and new technology
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English is a must
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science or related field is required; a graduate degree is preferred
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritization, pricing, value proposition  and product development lifecycle.
  • Participation in industry conferences and build relationships with external software providers.
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders to develop a future oriented product strategy for a dedicated product area. Build, drive and manage a product roadmap for this strategy.
  • Identify business cases for new products and features as well as improvement of existing ones through analytics, customer interaction and feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Cooperation with a team of designers to crate and develop prototypes and user interface mockups illustrating user experience and product flows
  • Writing clear and concise product specifications, features cards, and other product documentation
  • Leading and working closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to verify all products for compliance with guidelines and specifications
  • Own delivery of product initiatives and releases
  • Define, document and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases
  • Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and development team members
  • Setting priorities and sequence product initiatives
  • Participate in key customer and industry analyst presentations
  • Willingness to travel including international
