Quality & Environmental Manager

THE MISSION
  • Manager Q&E is charge of the Quality and EMS Systems, Procedures and Control as well as Training and Communication to create and develop a high level quality culture.
  • Quality Manager is an owner of all processes related to QMS and EMS, including quality assurance, process control, suppliers selection and monitoring, laboratories management, control checks, MSA, SPC, environmental operational control, targets.
  • The aim is to support business development by good quality & profitability

MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implementation, management, improvement and maintaining of the Environmental & Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949) across the organization
  • Development of procedures, guidelines and methods for inspection, testing and quality control
  • Planning and participation in all internal and external auditing activities and follow-ups
  • Ensuring quality and environmental compliance of the products manufactured with internal standards and specifications
  • Continuously monitoring process performance and action effectiveness, identifying needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Data collection, trending and management of statistical methods
  • Actively supporting new supplier’s evaluation process
  • Maintaining quality and environmental standards for production processes, materials and products
  • Coordination and management of  preventive/corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Motivating and delivering training to the organization on topics related to Quality and Environmental Management System
  • Control and report on Quality & Environmental KPI’s targets
  • Control of change management process regarding new products, procedures and standards
  • Support NPI process from an operational perspective, ensuring quality and sustainability compliance to regulatory and laws

QUALIFICATIONS
  •        BSc/MSc on Engineering other relevant degree
  •        > 4 years of management experience on quality
  •        Concrete business responsibility
  •        Good command of English
