Administrative Support Specialist ( contract 12 months)
Near Poznań

We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join a dynamic and supportive team in the construction materials industry. This is a temporary 12-month role linked to a factory expansion project and organizational growth planned by the end of 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the daily organization of the office.
  • Supporting internal departments with administrative tasks.
  • Preparing and sending business correspondence.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and coordinating external service providers.
  • Performing other administrative tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.
New Employee Support:
  • Assisting with personnel documentation.
  • Collaborating with the HR team on selected HR initiatives.
  • Preparing purchase requisitions for office furniture and supplies.

Requirements:
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
  • Communicative English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
