For our Client, an international organization operating in the field of animal nutrition and speciality feed solutions supporting animal production, we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of:

Area Sales Manager / Technical Sales Manager

The person in this role will be responsible for developing sales of innovative solutions supporting animal performance and welfare across the Polish market and selected Central & Eastern European countries.

Responsibilities:

developing sales and business activities in Poland and selected export markets,
building long-term relationships with customers and business partners,
conducting commercial and technical meetings with customers, including farm visits,
developing sales projects and identifying new business opportunities,
cooperating with Product Management, Technical Support, and international teams,
analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities, as well as preparing sales reports and forecasts,
representing the company at industry events and customer meetings.

Requirements:

university degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or related field,
very good command of English,
minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience within animal nutrition / feed solutions / speciality ingredients sector,
strong understanding of the animal production market,
ability to combine technical knowledge with a commercial approach,
willingness to travel frequently in Poland and abroad.
