For our client – an international company in the building materials industry – we are looking for a purchasing professional who combines analytical thinking with hands-on execution.
If you navigate the supplier market with ease, have a keen eye for detail, and know your way around negotiations – this role is for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end purchasing process: from market analysis to contract signing with suppliers.

• Purchasing trading goods and raw materials (both local and group-wide) for three production sites in Poland.

• Negotiating contracts and collaborating closely with internal departments (Production, Marketing, Supply Chain).

• Handling purchase orders in SAP and ARIBA, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries.

• Monitoring the market, analyzing offers, and providing purchasing recommendations.

• Reporting on savings initiatives and ensuring compliance with Group procedures.

Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in a technical or business-related field).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in both operational and strategic purchasing.

• Very good command of English (mandatory).

• Knowledge of SAP (MM module), MS Office, and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
