HR Business Partner
For an international organization operating in the manufacturing sector, we are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of HR Business Partner.
We seek a person who will support managers and teams in achieving business goals through effective HR management and active participation in shaping the company’s people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with the management team to define and implement HR strategy.

Providing advice and support in the areas of recruitment, employee development, compensation, and employee relations.

Implementing and executing HR processes aligned with global standards.

Supporting initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.

Initiating and coordinating HR projects that drive business performance.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, including in a HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.

Solid knowledge of labor law.

Experience working in an international organization.

Very good command of English (both written and spoken).

Strong relationship-building and business partnering skills.

Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
