Scope of duties

For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a strategic HR Manager for the business. Your task will be to prepare and support the implementation of business plans by translating business needs into appropriate HR solutions and to actively contribute to the optimisation of business results.

Human Resources Manager


  • Leading the transition to align with corporate standards.
  • Managing employee and trade union relations.
  • Creating links between local HR regulations and global company policies.
  • Support the implementation of new HR programs and activities.
  • Managing a multi-member HR team consisting of: HRBPs, Reward, Training & Development, HR administration and payroll.
  • Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
  • Advising the business on all people related matters.
  • Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
  • Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labour regulations towards the management.
  • Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.
  • Support and encourage the development of all employees
  • Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed
  • Accountability and responsibility for social dialogue with Polish branch in strong alignment with Social Relations department in Headquarter.
  • Implement new Collective Agreement
  • Steer Headcount plan and potential changes according to business development together with the General Manager.

Candidate profile:
  • A minimum 10 years of experience in HR on managerial position.
  • An experience in company min. 400 employees required.
  • An experience in multinational company required.
  • Ability to exchange with trade unions (a minimum of 3 years' experience in conducting dialogues and maintaining relations with trade unions).
  • Solid capability to involve stakeholders to take decision.
  • Strong communication and soft skills to move between country expectations in Poland and Group expectations.
  • Deep understanding of Matrix and transnational organization required.
  • Fluent English.
  • University degree (preferably related to HR).
