Junior Process Engineer

We are looking for a specialist to join our team focused on optimizing and developing coating processes. This role plays a key part in connecting production, quality, technology development, and innovation within an international industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement standards and best practices in coating processes.
Create and update process documentation and training materials.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to solve technical issues and optimize processes.
Participate in the development and implementation of new coating application technologies, including pilot tests and new production line launches.
Monitor market trends and introduce innovative, energy-efficient solutions.
Support the production site in continuous improvement of processes, safety, quality, and compliance with environmental regulations.
Work with key OEM customers to align technical specifications and provide high-level technical support.
Act as a liaison between production, customers, and central departments.

Requirements:

University degree in engineering or a related technical field; business-related qualifications (e.g. MBA) are a plus.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in coating processes, project, or change management.
Hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and digital production tools (SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, e-maint, etc.).
Experience in cross-functional and international teams.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Strong focus on health & safety and regulatory compliance.
