Scope of duties

For our client, a leader among manufacturers in the transportation industry, we are looking for an ambitious person for the position of Key Account Manager. Our client is a company that defines modernity, safety, and quality in its industry, offering products and services with a global reach and local brand strength. This is a unique opportunity to join the Global Key Account Management team, which approaches sales and business development with passion.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person, open to challenges, with the ability to think creatively. The ideal candidate is one who can build and maintain long-term relationships with key international clients. In the initial period of work, they will actively support the Global Key Account Manager, building and developing relationships with existing clients, and over time take full responsibility for their own client portfolio and actively acquiring new ones on the international scene.

Key Account Manager (International Clients)


  • Direct cooperation and reporting to the Global Key Account Manager, joint visits to business partners, conducting sales activities.
  • Preparation and implementation of commercial projects and meetings, according to the action plan for key clients, monitoring, and reporting KPIs.
  • Implementing projects at the local level in cooperation with selected partners.
  • Representing the Group's companies in international contact during visits, fairs, industry meetings, and projects, taking care of the company's positive image.
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships in the European market with current and potential business partners.
  • Coordination of sales activities, conducting commercial negotiations, agreeing on contract terms.
  • Seeking new business opportunities in the area of potential key clients.
  • Managing the CRM system and responsibility for entering relevant data in the defined customer group area.
  • Support in preparing sales data analyses, forecasts, and sales budget execution.


  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in an international environment, preferred in the automotive industry.
  • Higher education in the field of finance, administration, commerce, economics, or related fields.
  • Ability to effectively cooperate with large business partners with a European/global reach and maintain productive relationships with them.
  • Skill in active listening and identifying essential elements in projects, task execution in line with customer expectations, focusing on a customer-centered approach.
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages, such as French, Spanish, or German, will be an additional advantage.
  • Ability to cooperate with internal stakeholders of the group, demonstrating assertiveness and ability to handle matters to fulfill customer orders.
  • Competencies in active listening, identifying key business needs, initiative in seeking new solutions, and determination in achieving set goals.
  • Openness to frequent foreign travel.

After this period, presence in the plant is required every two weeks for three days.
