Logistic Manager
Location: Świętokrzyskie / Małopolskie / Masovian (Poland)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Logistic Manager who will take full responsibility for the warehouse and transportation areas. The main purpose of this role is to introduce stronger structure, standardize processes, and ensure consistent and efficient operations across the entire logistics department.

Key Responsibilities

Manage communication and information flow between warehouse, transport and key internal departments.
Co-create and enforce operational standards and logistics procedures across the department.
Ensure smooth material flow between warehouse, production and outbound shipments.
Coordinate the activities of warehouse and transport teams, establishing operational priorities.
Implement improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy and process stability.
Supervise core warehouse processes, inventory accuracy and documentation compliance.
Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality and Customer Service.
Ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards and safe loading practices.
Oversee shipments, cooperation with carriers and on-time delivery performance.

Requirements

University degree; logistics-related fields are an advantage.
Experience in production logistics and management of warehouse and transport operations.
Fluent English.
Proven experience in team leadership and structuring / improving operational processes.
Ability to set priorities, implement structure and lead teams through change.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Proactivity, independence and strong results orientation.
