Sales Manager (Technical/Sales) – Poland

For our client, an international company operating in the food ingredients sector, offering high-quality product solutions, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager responsible for developing sales in the Polish market.

This role combines both sales and technical competencies and involves close collaboration with food manufacturers, as well as active support for clients in selecting and implementing product solutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • developing sales across the Polish market (B2B, food production sector)
  • building and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • identifying new business opportunities
  • managing sales processes and leading commercial negotiations
  • cooperating with the R&D team to tailor solutions to client needs
  • supporting clients in product application (consultative selling approach)
  • monitoring market trends and competitor activities

Candidate profile:
  • experience in B2B sales within the food industry (food ingredients, additives, seasonings, flavours or related sectors)
  • experience working with manufacturing clients
  • ability to combine sales with technical understanding (technical sales)
  • very good command of English (international working environment)
  • strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with decision-makers
  • self-driven with a strong results-oriented mindset
